Each horse that comes into our care is treated as if they're one of our own. You can rest assured that your horse is being truly looked after whilst in our care.

Facilities include:

Indoor Arena -  20m x 40m , irrigated sand and rubber, floodlit and with professional-grade training mirrors
Outdoor manege - 20m x 40m sand and rubber floodlit for year-round riding
A sand and rubber jumping paddock -  jump 4 joy poles and stands

 60 acres of regularly maintained grazing and turnout 

24 hour on site staffing & secure, alarmed tack room


  Permissive riding tracks across 260 acres of open farmland and wooded areas with jumping and obstacles.
Access to local bridleway network with a minimal amount of road work to do.

Weekly farrier visits, served by equine specific veterinary practices including Tyrells Equine Clinic, Rossdales, and Fellowes Farm.  Regular clinics and lessons from visiting instructors and equine therapists.

We offer 7 day services with hay*, basic feed, and dust extracted woodchip bedding included (more details below).

Full Livery with Exercise** - £220.00 per week
Full livery - £130.00 per week
Working Livery - £70.00 per week

Each livery package includes a complementary 1 hour group lesson per week worth £37.50
