An orchestra can't perform properly if an instrument's playing a different tune!

 

We work together to ensure that the horses, ponies and clients receive the highest standard of care and customer service and experience.

The orchestra needs a conductor to perform at its best! 

​

This is a new role but duties are likely to include having oversight for the smooth running of the day to day running of the yard in conjunction with the yard manager. This will include things like quality control, task allocation, appraisals, reviews, and feedback. Keeping training on track and supporting our team to succeed and achieve will be a key area of responsibility.

​

This is a full time role with hours that reflect the needs of an equestrian business. 

​

You'll understand that your role is different, but not more important than anyone else. Collaborators welcome, dictators need not apply.
