Covid 19 Policy
Updated 19th July, 2021
With the easing of social distancing and lockdown restrictions, we are asking all clients and visitors to remain conscious of others around them and to exercise due diligence regarding hygiene and transmission.
Advice and guidance is conditional, based upon the criteria set by the government, and is subject to change. We have implemented some procedures to avoid unnecessary spread or risk of infection and ask all visitors, livery, and riding school clients to follow these steps:
We are fortunate to have sufficient space to practice effective social distancing and all public areas of the yard do not require a face covering.
Hand sanitiser is provided in the reception area and we ask ALL clients to ensure this is used upon arrival.
We have set up sanitising stations around the yard. Our staff and volunteers are fully briefed on ensuring that equipment, tack, and other touchpoints are sanitised at regular intervals. Please follow instructions on the yard procedures.
Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times unless receiving instruction from a member of our team. Parents / Guardians of novice riders that require assistance with mounting and riding must be available to support and wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.
Display of Covid 19 Symptoms
Government advice states that anyone feeling unwell, displaying symptoms, or who has been in close proximity to others displaying symptoms should self-isolate. We ask that clients respect this policy. Our lesson cancellation policy will NOT apply in this instance but politely ask that as much notice as possible is given.
